Being a first year tenant, I'm extremely proud to be able to call the Mercer building home. My company and it's employees are fully immersed in a community environment that strongly promotes growth, progression, and most importantly - creativity. This has been made possible by landlords who care. I'm extremely excited for the further development of the surrounding area, and look forward to growing my brand within the Mercer Warehouse, and growing with all it's wonderful inhabitants.

My Mercer Warehouse studio is exactly what I've dreamed of - a style reminiscent of the New York fashion garment district.  Seeing the refurbishment of this century old building gives me the same sort of excitement as the new development within Edmonton's downtown core.  I'm thrilled to be nestled in a building where time has been preserved and to be surrounded with the upcoming rejuvenation of our city's center. The Mercer tenant community is unique and encourages creative entrepreneurs to thrive in their individuality.

We've been in the Mercer Warehouse for about 5 years, almost since the beginning of when Kelly and Devin relaunched the historic building in its current iteration.
